"Got fixed, but it took some chasing"
Support did eventually sort it out, so credit where it’s due, but I had to follow up way more than I should’ve. Like, I’d send a message and then—anyway, it got fixed in the end, but the process felt more tiring than it needed to be.

I tried these minerals for about a week my stomach just did not agree with them. I took them with food too, so I thought maybe that would help, but nope, bloating, weird cramps, and then this kind of nauseous feeling would hit after.
Maybe they work great for other people, and I really wanted to give them a fair shot, but I couldn't keep doing it. I stopped taking them and felt better within about two days, so yeah, I'm not risking that again.

I’ve ordered from redmond.life a couple times now, and overall it’s been solid. For what I needed, it felt worth the money, and nothing showed up feeling cheap or like it was all just marketing.
Shipping was normal, no real issues there. I also liked that it didn’t feel like I was paying extra just because of the brand or packaging. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered from redmond.life after hearing a lot of good things, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the quality was a bit disappointing. The texture felt uneven, and there was some powder or leakage inside the box when it arrived, which was not exactly a great first impression.
To be fair, it wasn’t completely unusable, but for the price, I expected it to be better and a little more consistent. Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, but as of now, I’d probably hold off on ordering again unless the quality control improves.

I’ve been using Redmond Life Life stuff for a few months now, mostly the salt and the clay, and my dumb little digestive system seems way happier. I just feel more balanced overall, which is annoying because now I have to admit this stuff actually works. Shipping was easy too, no stupid hassle or anything.

I was expecting at least a little more info on where the ingredients are coming from. "Why is the stuff I need always gone?"
I do like a few things from here, but it feels like every time I’m ready to place an order, the main items I actually need are out of stock. Maybe it’s just bad timing, but after a while it starts to feel like they don’t really care if people can plan ahead, or like they’re pushing you to buy whatever’s left instead. It’s frustrating and makes ordering way more annoying than it should be
